Grab- South East Asia's everyday app

Grab is a Singapore-based technology company that offers services such as ride-hailing transport services, food delivery and payment solutions. It is SEA's fastest-growing regional food delivery service, spread over 8 countries, including Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand. 

I had the opportunity to experience working at a fintech company as a Service Design trainee during my summer vacations, and it turned out to be one of the most thrilling experiences! I learnt and worked on multiple projects, across GrabFood, GrabTaxi and GrabPay, their main verticals, over the span of 3 months.


GrabKitchen was one of my main projects. I co-lead the project as part of the Singapore-based team and had the chance to work with their teams in Manila, Philippines, Bangkok, Thailand, and Singapore, to design the operational flow and execution of GrabKitchen.
